Please review these essential policies established by the Tiburon Homeowners Association.
Renter must be a current Tiburon homeowner or resident in good standing with all HOA dues.
Guests of the rental may NOT use the swimming pool or pool deck during the rental agreement.
Nothing may be attached to the walls. Decorations may only be hung from the ceiling or taped to the wood trim.
No professional bar services permitted. BYOB for personal consumption is allowed for guests 21+. Minors may not consume or serve alcohol.
Renter must remain on premises at all times. All children 16 and under must be supervised by adults at all times.
The clubhouse may not be used for business or commercial purposes. All music, events, cleanup, and lockup must conclude by 11:00 PM.
The clubhouse must be returned to clean pre-rental condition and locked up by 11:00 PM.
All dishes/utensils washed and put away (or dishwasher run). Linens placed in/near sink. All personal food/drinks removed from all 3 fridges.
All cans (bathrooms, wet bar, kitchen) emptied into rolling carts in the garage. New trash liners placed in all cans (under sink or in can bottoms).
Floors swept/dry mopped (use only water if wet mopping). Bathrooms clean and countertops wiped down.
Pool cues, balls, ping-pong paddles and games neatly accounted for. Fireplace turned off (pilot light remains lit).
Thermostat in front coat room reset to 68° in winter (heat) or 74° in summer (A/C). All lights and fans turned off.
All doors, windows & security gate locked. Leave keys on the pool table, lock the pool table room door, and exit via locked front door by 11:00 PM.
For gatherings with fewer than 20 guests, the reservation fee is $50. For gatherings with 20 to 80 guests, the reservation fee is $125. Fees are paid via check or cash.
No upfront damage deposit is collected to reduce administrative overhead. However, renters are legally responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required, and will be invoiced for reimbursement following post-event inspection.
No. Per the HOA rental agreement, rental guests are strictly prohibited from using the swimming pool or pool deck. (Note that pool users retain shared access to the upstairs restrooms during pool season).
All events and cleaning procedures must be fully completed and the clubhouse locked by 11:00 PM.
Renters and adult guests (21+) may bring their own alcohol for personal consumption. Professional bar/bartending services are NOT allowed in the clubhouse.
To protect the walls, nothing may be attached to drywall. Decorations may be hung from the ceiling or taped to the wood trim only.
